Services Offered

DUI & Criminal Defense

We handle DUIs and Criminal Defense, and we will defend your rights to the fullest extent allowed under the law. We are located in Prescott Valley, but also offer our legal services in Prescott and Chino Valley, in addition to all other locations throughout Yavapai County.

Call our office for additional information.

Wills

You will not need a Will once you are deceased, but your family and friends will thank you if you took the time to create one. Keep it clear, organized, and straight-forward and you can rest assured that your wishes will be followed.

Trusts

Avoid Probate altogether and have your assets distributed just as you wanted rather than by a court trying to determine how you would have wanted it done. When your wishes require a greater amount of detail, then a Trust may be the right legal document for you and your family.

The following is included in your Trust package: Living  Trust, Last Will and Testament, Durable Power of Attorney, Health Care Power of Attorney, plus any other documents that will meet your specific legal needs.

Dependency Law

Dependency court proceedings are very specific and operate in the best interests of the child.

If you are a Relative, Foster Parent, and/or Friend of a court-ordered dependent child you may want to consider intervening into the case in order to provide you "party status" and the legal right to appeal the court's child placement decision should you not be satisfied with it.

QDROs - Marriage Settlement Agreements & Child Support Arrears

A Marriage Settlement Agreement will capture the division of assets and liabilities in the dissolution of your marriage. But, only a Qualified Domestic Relations Order (QDRO) can order a pension fund administrator (Pension, IRA, 401K) to divide your or his/her retirement funds per the Marriage Settlement Agreement.

Child Support Arrears may also be collected from a pension fund administrator through the use of a QDRO. Additionally, all attorney fees will be paid by the obligor (the person ordered to pay the child support).

Consultations By Appointment

We offer a 30-minute consultation for $100, payable at the start of the consultation.
